Claude Mercier

Monday, January 27th, 1941 – Thursday, May 29th, 2025

Claude Mercier passed away in his home in Bedminster, PA surrounded by family the morning of May 29th at 84 years old.

He was a man of strong conviction who taught his children to stand up against bullies, and to share what they have with those that have less.

He loved sailing, gardening, and fast cars; but most of all he loved a summer afternoon, outdoors, surrounded by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, four children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. We all cherish his memory and the example he provided to each of us.

A celebration of Claude’s life will take place on Friday, June 6th, at 11:00, at Shelly Funeral Home, Plumsteadville. Claude’s family will receive friends from 10:00 until the time of the service.
